Last geolocalized tweets delivered by the twitter stream API. You can find tweets of people in Damascus (Syria) and zoom in to find their location. By looking at the tweets you can find out who is there and look at pictures.

Map data is updated in real-time  and keeps “only” the last one million tweets. Each second, about twenty new tweets are added (and the twenty oldest tweets are removed to keep the same number of points on the map).
